Ferrovia Monte Generoso

The Monte Generoso Railway is the only Swiss narrow-gauge rack railway south of the Alps. It runs from the valley station near Capolago on Lake Lugano to Monte Generoso, which lies 1,605 metres above sea level. The trip to the lookout mountain with a view all the way to Lombardy is possible from April to October.

Mount Gurten Green Meadow Park

Close to the city and yet in the midst of nature lies Mount Gurten Green Meadow Park, 864 metres above sea level. Berne's signature mountain has become Berne's dream mountain: Mount Gurten is also a play mountain, panorama mountain, gourmet mountain, event mountain, music mountain, theatre mountain and even a real ski mountain.

Parc "Pré Vert" Signal de Bougy

The park is situated between Rolle and Aubonne. In addition to the park itself, visitors can enjoy a restaurant with a view, a golf course and a mini-golf course as well as a children's theatre with marionettes and clowns. The Parc "Pré Vert" du Signal de Bougy with a view of Lake Geneva is open daily from the end of February to the early part of November.

Münchenstein Green Meadow Park

Today the former "Green 80" is a foundation that Migros established about 20 years ago. In collaboration with Migros Basel, in addition to the monthly "Thé Dansant", numerous cultural activities are conducted in the park, which are supported by the Migros Culture Percentage.

Rüschlikon Green Meadow Park

The beautiful Rüschlikon Green Meadow Park above Lake Zurich is adjacent to the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI). In 1946, Migros founders Gottlieb and Adele Duttweiler donated it to the "Green Meadows" foundation and therefore to the public. From March to October visitors play games, celebrate special events, play Swiss card games and enjoy picnics in this park. There is also a Migros restaurant in the park.
